What is Wonder Goods?

Wonder Goods is our subscription box that is sent out on a quarterly basis for a total of 4 boxes a year!

Our team gathers women's outdoor gear from the best outdoor brands, including Cotopaxi, Topo Designs, Stasher, CamelBak, and so much more! Products range from clothing, accessories, snacks, and adventure gear (i.e. headlamps, portable fire stoves, camp chairs) - all delivered to you at a huge discount.

 

What is the difference between Annual & Quarterly?

Annual Box Subscriptions: If you subscribe to our Annual Wonder Goods subscription box you will be charged for all four boxes at the time of purchase. The subscription is offered at a discount for paying the full year upfront. Please note that if you do subscribe annually, we are unable to cancel your subscription until after you have received your last box. 

Quarterly Box Subscriptions: Quarterly subscriptions are billed every three months, for a total of four boxes a year. If you subscribe to our Quarterly Wonder Goods subscription, you are able to pause, skip, or cancel your box with us at any time. 

Both Annual & Quarterly subscribers will receive their box every 3 months.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

On your initial purchase, you will be billed on the date of your purchase. Reoccurring orders will be billed 3 months thereafter on the same day moving forward. For example, if ordering on January 10th, you will be billed for your next box on April 10th. Each box begins shipping at the earliest the 15th of every quarter (Jan 15th, April 15th, July 15th, Oct 15th) and boxes will continue shipping through the end of every quarter. 

 

What is the difference between Ultimate Adventurer & True Explorer?

The Ultimate Adventurer box is our higher tier and it contains 6-7 items valued at $195 in outdoor goods.

The True Explorer box is our lower tier and it contains 4-5 items valued at $150 in outdoor goods.

This means that the Ultimate Adventurer’s Box always includes at least one extra item! The higher tier will always be the biggest bang for your buck! 

 

When do Wonder Goods boxes get shipped out for delivery?

Each quarter has a two month shipping window for us to get boxes out. This gives us time to receive all of the products (and account for any delays), begin preparation of the boxes, and finally shipping the boxes. We have many subscribers so it does take us some time to ship out all of the boxes!

 

Am I able to upgrade my True Explorer Box to the Ultimate Adventurer Box?

Quarterly box subscribers: If you are a quarterly True Explorer subscriber, we can upgrade you to the Ultimate Adventurer’s Box. However, if we are sold out of the Ultimate Adventurer’s Box we are unable to upgrade you until the following quarter. 

Annual: Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade you if you sign up annually since it is a commitment to receive four boxes that have already been paid for. We recommend subscribing quarterly if you think you might want to upgrade at some point during your subscription with us!

I have a discount code that I received from Wondery. Why doesn’t it work on Wonder Goods?

Currently, we don’t offer a discount on our Wonder Goods subscription.

 

Can I manage my Wonder Goods subscription?

Yes. When you sign up for Wonder Goods, you create a Wonder Goods/Wondery account where you are able to skip or pause your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription or change your address, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team at info@wonderybrand.com.

 

Can I cancel my Wonder Goods subscription?

Yes. Please email us at info@wonderybrand.com with your reason for cancelation. When you cancel, you will no longer be billed for the next quarter's box. We are unfortunately unable to process cancelations for the current quarter (The Performance Box).

 

When will I be billed for my Quarterly subscription?

You will be charged every 3 months from your initial date of purchase. For example, if you subscribe with us on January 7th you will not be billed for your next box until April 7th.

 

When will I be billed for my Annual subscription?

When you subscribe to our Annual Wonder Goods subscription, you will be charged for a full year (four boxes). You will not be billed again until a year from your initial date of purchase. For example, if you subscribed annually on January 10, 2022 you will not be billed until January 10, 2023.  Please note that all four boxes are not shipped out at the same time. They are also shipped out on a quarterly basis.
