Can I skip a box?

Yes you can! To skip this month, log into your dashboard and skip using the “Manage My Subscription” section.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To unsubscribe from The Wonder Box, log into your dashboard and cancel using the “Manage My Subscription” page. There are no cancellation fees and canceling your box does not provide a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.

How does The Wonder Box give back?

Through our partnership with Women’s Explorer Alliance Foundation (https://www.womensexploreralliance.org/), each box purchased helps us in our mission to make space and empower women in the outdoors through community, education, and empowerment.

When will I be charged for my box?

You will be charged for your Wonder Box on the 1st of each month.

When will my box be shipped?

Your box will be shipped in the first two weeks of every month.

How do I update my information?

You can update your information by logging into your account on the Wondery brand page, clicking "My Account", then "My Information."

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for the Wonder Box by clicking here.

How often is each box shipped?

Tier 1 and Tier 2 boxes are shipped monthly while Tier 3 boxes are shipped bi-monthly.

What can I expect in my Wonder Box?

Each box will vary in content per month! Each tier varies in quantity of products. Every box per month is a surprise from stickers, pins, accessories, camp gear, clothes, and more!
